I'm Ben Roach. I design products, lead projects, and help companies build design-driven teams. Currently, I am the Head of UX Design for Google's Privacy, Safety & Security organization. I lead an international team of 20 made up of design managers, product designers, and design engineers. I work closely with leaders of product, engineering, and project management to define strategic direction and guide execution across our organization. My team is responsible for a broad portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management that keep Google—and our billions of users—safe at scale.
Previously, I was a Principal UX Designer at Amazon where I led strategic design initiatives resulting in more than $1B in revenue. I've also spent time at leading digital agencies, like Publicis Sapient, and worked with various seed stage startups.
